Обязанности
- 01Own and operate the end-to-end internal AI stack — from model selection and integration to deployment and monitoring
- 02Build and maintain custom AI agents and LLM-powered tools tailored to Baseten's engineering workflows
- 03Evaluate and roll out third-party AI developer tools, configuration, and onboarding
- 04Instrument AI tool usage and measure impact on engineering velocity, code quality, and developer satisfaction
- 05Stay at the cutting edge of AI tooling, agents, and developer productivity research — and bring the best ideas back to the team
- 06Actively support engineering teams, ensuring they have the AI-powered resources and workflows necessary to remain productive
Требования
- 01Passion for machine learning and AI tooling
- 02Experience with AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, or developer tooling
- 03Strong engineering background with a focus on productivity and automation
- 04Ability to evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools
- 05Experience in building and maintaining custom AI solutions
- 06Skills in measuring impact and driving adoption of AI tools
- 07Collaborative mindset and ability to support engineering teams
