Staff Software Engineer

- 01Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality developer-facing products and APIs for LLM and Agentic application development
- 02Collaborate with product managers, designers, developer relations and other engineers to translate developer needs into technical solutions
- 03Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code and uphold engineering excellence
- 04Implement and improve validation, monitoring, and observability for ML services in the sandbox environment
- 05Drive the full development lifecycle from ideation and architecture to deployment and continuous improvement
- 06Evaluate and optimize existing implementations for performance, scalability, and developer usability
- 07Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges in a fast‑paced environment
- 08Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
- 09Stay up‑to‑date with AI, LLMs, and developer tooling and introduce new ideas and technologies
Требования
- 01Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 028+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of shipping high‑quality products
- 03Product‑mindset with strong focus on developer experience
- 04Experience building developer‑facing products, APIs, SDKs, or CLIs
- 05Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Go, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript
- 06Hands‑on experience with LLM models
- 07Solid understanding of API design, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms
- 08Experience deploying and maintaining ML services in production (strong plus)
- 09LLMops/MLops experience, especially in developer‑facing products (strong plus)
- 10Experience building or supporting developer platforms, APIs, or sandbox environments (highly desirable)
- 11Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
