Обязанности

  • 01Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand their environment, challenges, and observability requirements
  • 02Tailor and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations showcasing solution value
  • 03Design, scope, and manage technical evaluations and Proof of Concepts, set up environments and document results
  • 04Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute technical sales strategies throughout the sales cycle
  • 05Provide customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering on capabilities, market needs, and competition
  • 06Develop and maintain technical sales collateral, demo environments, presentations, and best practice guides
  • 07Deliver technical training to the broader Sales organization
  • 08Travel to client sites and industry events as required

Требования

  • 01Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 028+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in the software industry
  • 03Deep technical understanding and practical experience with modern observability concepts (metrics, logging, tracing) and tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK Stack
  • 04Familiarity with cloud‑native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • 05Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts
  • 06Experience selling to Developer, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) personas (preferred)
  • 07Prior experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth observability or APM company (preferred)
