Требования
- 01Demonstrated success building engineering teams at high-growth startups (Series A through growth stage)
- 02Track record of improving team output—increasing shipping cadence (especially through the use of AI), making incidents rare, and accelerating hiring velocity
- 03Experience building a culture of high standards where engineers are proud of what they ship
- 04Strong full-stack engineering background that allows you to be the architectural tie-breaker when needed
- 05Track record of guiding teams to strong technical outcomes
- 06Experience with our stack: React/TypeScript + Go
- 07Data engineering background
- 08Founder experience (YC or equivalent) with firsthand understanding of building from zero to one
- 09Fintech, SaaS, or B2B software background
- 10Passion for making complex financial concepts accessible to non-finance users

- 01Base salary range $240,000 - $280,000 + generous early
