Обязанности
- 01Design and ship new database properties and views that expand what people can model in Notion
- 02Design permission models that hold up at the scale of our largest customers
- 03Partner with the Agent team to grow what Notion Agent can do with databases, from tool development to eval-driven iteration
- 04Collaborate closely with product and design on features that are ambiguous up front and require strong technical judgment to scope
- 05Raise the bar on code review, testing, and technical design across the team
Требования
- 0110+ years shipping production software, with a strong track record of owning features end-to-end
- 02Fluency with TypeScript across both backend and frontend
- 03Strong product instincts: you can take a vague problem, propose a solid technical approach, and know when to cut scope
- 04Experience on systems where data model decisions have long-lived consequences (databases, permissions, collaborative editing, or similar)
- 05You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results

- 01In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. Required to work from office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days)
- 02Competitive cash compensation: $272,000 - $320,000 per year (SF/NYC-based)
