- 01Lead end-to-end delivery of new security certifications and compliance initiatives
- 02Identify and remove project blockers to maintain high velocity in a cloud‑native environment
- 03Navigate technical and compliance trade‑offs and drive consensus across Engineering, IT, and Product teams
- 04Refine project frameworks and methodologies to maximize effectiveness and agility
- 05Oversee project lifecycles, including milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation, and executive‑level status reporting
- 06Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Security Assurance experts and technical stakeholders
Требования
- 014+ years of technical program/project management experience in the security domain within a fast‑paced, cloud‑native organization
- 02Proven success leading high‑stakes security compliance initiatives such as FedRAMP, PCI, or HIPAA
- 03Experience managing complex projects with multiple technical dependencies and geo‑distributed teams
- 04Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership and engineering teams
- 05Demonstrated ability to quickly master new processes, methodologies, technologies, and security frameworks
- 06Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex data into clear documentation
- 07Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
