- 01Work with customers on short to medium term engagements to address big data challenges using the Databricks platform.
- 02Provide data engineering, data science, and cloud technology projects that integrate with client systems, include training, and help customers maximize value from their data.
- 03Handle impactful customer technical projects such as designing and building reference architectures, creating how-to guides, and productionalizing customer use cases.
- 04Collaborate with engagement managers to scope professional services work based on customer input.
- 05Guide strategic customers through transformational big data projects and third‑party migrations, overseeing end‑to‑end design, build, and deployment of big data and AI applications.
- 06Consult on architecture and design; bootstrap or implement customer projects to achieve successful understanding, evaluation, and adoption of Databricks.
- 07Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
- 08Collaborate with Databricks Technical, Project Manager, Architect, and Customer teams to ensure technical delivery meets customer needs.
- 09Work with Engineering and Databricks Customer Support to gather product feedback and resolve engagement‑specific product and support issues promptly.
Требования
- 016+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
- 02Comfortable writing code in Python or Scala.
- 03Working knowledge of two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one.
- 04Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark and understanding of Spark runtime internals.
- 05Familiarity with CI/CD practices for production deployments.
- 06Working knowledge of MLOps.
- 07Experience designing and deploying performant end‑to‑end data architectures.
- 08Experience with technical project delivery, including managing scope and timelines.
- 09Strong documentation and white‑boarding skills.
- 10Experience working with clients and managing conflicts.
- 11Ability to build technical skills that support Databricks‑based solution deployment and integration.
- 12Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.

- 01Base salary range: $180,656 – $248,360 USD (applicable across all geographic zones).
