- 01Design the next generation of Stripe products to meet high growth needs
- 02Deliver value through collaborative, user‑first approach with stakeholders and customers
- 03Mentor engineers and help them grow
- 04Debug and solve critical production issues across services and multiple stack levels
Требования
- 012–12+ years of experience in backend software development
- 02Ability to write high‑quality code in languages such as Go, Java, C/C++
- 03Hands‑on experience building large‑scale distributed systems
- 04Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across workstreams
- 05Ability to thrive with high autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset
- 06Familiarity with event‑driven architectures (preferred)
- 07Experience with subscription management, usage‑based billing, or financial reporting systems (preferred)
- 08Interest in financial infrastructure and revenue operations (preferred)
- 09Direct leadership and mentorship experience (preferred)
