• 01Analyze sales operations and customer data flows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for automation or control enhancement
• 02Review and escalate suspicious activity in CRM or sales processes that may signal compliance risks
• 03Extract and transform CRM data for reporting and investigation support
• 04Provide timely ad-hoc reporting for business teams and management
• 05Track and log ongoing investigations and compliance control checks
• 06Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate updates into daily monitoring practices

Требования

• 01Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Law, Compliance, or related fields
• 023+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, audit or risk management
• 03Advanced Excel and strong SQL skills
• 04Experience with data quality tools
• 05Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• 06Experience with CRM platforms
• 07Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
• 08Experience conducting internal investigations
• 09Understanding of software industry compliance landscape
• 10Previous experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations
