Обязанности
- 01Design web graphics including technical diagrams, illustrations, and interactive visual assets that simplify complex database concepts
- 02Create compelling visual systems for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
- 03Design for multiple formats and contexts: digital, print, experiential, and merchandise
- 04Design booth graphics, signage, and environmental branding for conferences, meetups, and community events
- 05Collaborate with the events team to create memorable, on-brand experiences that stand out
- 06Design merch that developers actually want to wear and use
- 07Create branded collateral including banners, posters, stickers, and promotional materials
- 08Design creative website components and landing pages
- 09Design data visualizations and technical diagrams that make complex information accessible
- 10Create social media graphics, blog post imagery, and other digital marketing assets
- 11Develop templates and design systems that enable the team to move quickly
- 12Collaborate with marketing leadership to evolve and expand the PlanetScale brand identity
- 13Explore new visual directions while maintaining brand coherence
- 14Document design decisions and maintain brand guidelines
Требования
- 01A strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills across digital, print, and experiential design
- 02Deep understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
- 03You've figured out where AI actually helps in a design workflow and built process around it
- 04Comfortable working in both brand and production modes
- 05You can think big picture and execute in the details
- 06Strong communication skills with the ability to both articulate design decisions and understand direction
- 07Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- 08Collaborative spirit with the ability to incorporate feedback while maintaining creative vision
Условия
- 01Base salary range: $170,000 - $220,000 USD
- 02Total compensation consists of base salary + benefits + equity
