Обязанности

01Design, implement, and deploy end-to-end AI workflows and agents that solve real problems across multiple business domains
02Develop and iterate on agent architectures, evaluation pipelines, and performance frameworks to ensure reliability and measurable outcomes
03Set the technical bar for the team on code quality, testing, documentation, and project scoping
04Mentor engineers on the team through code review and design discussions
05Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans
06Identify gaps in internal tooling, frameworks, and processes and drive enhancements
07Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
08Collaborate cross-functionally embedding with teams like Marketing, GTM, Recruiting, or Product to identify opportunities for agent-driven automation and measurable business impact
09Contribute to the LangChain and LangGraph ecosystem, including open source components, documentation, and shared tools

014+ years of software engineering experience with direct experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications or agents in production
02Experience leading technical projects end to end, mentoring engineers and raising the technical quality of a team
03Hands-on experience implementing evaluation and monitoring systems for agents or workflows
04Deep understanding of the components that make up an AI system: prompting, retrieval, orchestration, inference APIs, and model selection across modalities
05Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript (ideally both)
06Excellent communicator who can simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences
07Thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment; enjoys identifying the highest-impact problems and driving them to completion
08Naturally curious and motivated to learn new tools, frameworks, and approaches in applied AI
09Based in or willing to relocate to New York, NY
