Обязанности

01Design dynamic pricing and packaging displays across the customer funnel from acquisition through activation and billing
02Design across Gusto's invoicing and billing surfaces using the IBEX platform
03Build and improve internal tools such as the Promo Engine and Product Catalog
04Improve existing workflows in Gusto's internal platforms to enable self-service for internal teams
05Partner with Revenue Systems to define target-state UX vision for multi-channel messaging orchestration
06Establish systems cohesion across email, sales, and in-product/AI surfaces
07Standardize how AI-driven messaging is structured, sequenced, and represented to customers
08Drive holistic service design connecting internal team support with customer experience
09Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on strategy and co-create end-to-end solutions
10Create scalable, consistent patterns by working with Gusto's design system
11Use data and qualitative insights to validate decisions and refine designs

018+ years of product design experience with strong portfolio of systems-level design
02Experience with internal tooling and customer-facing product surfaces
03Experience working on complex, data-rich products in B2B SaaS environments
04Experience with interconnected product offerings
05Systems-thinking approach with ability to define multi-team experience architecture
06Strong customer experience and business sensibility
07Comfortable working across both high-level architecture and detailed surface design
