Обязанности

01Own Admin as a product, driving strategy and execution for the Admin platform
02Work directly with customers, research, and usage data to design workflow configuration, knowledge management, and visibility experiences
03Tie roadmap to customer outcomes: faster rollout, wider adoption, and evidence of ROI
04Define Harvey's design system as a set of product decisions and set the craft bar across interaction, systems thinking, content design, and visual execution
05Build the governance model for the design system
06Decide how Harvey's designers use AI: what tools to adopt, build, and the new default workflow
07Raise the floor and ceiling for the design team's output and speed
08Build, grow, and develop a team of high-craft ICs across systems, product, and prototyping
09Own org design, resourcing, and prioritization across four surfaces
10Give strategic, systems-level feedback on end-to-end flows
11Partner with design, product, and engineering leaders to evolve how Harvey builds
12Establish how design decisions are made in high-trust, high-stakes environments
13Be a foundational member of the Design leadership team and help set the operating model

018-10+ years in Product Design
025+ years directly managing product designers
03Experience owning a design system at real scale, including the political work of getting it adopted
04Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products
05A strong portfolio showing leadership of complex products from concept through launch, with clear impact on users and the business
06Fluency with AI tooling in your own practice, and a real opinion about how it changes design work
07Proven experience leading design strategy and execution
