Обязанности

01Lead end-to-end accounting for one of Anthropic's AI infrastructure lease portfolio, including monthly close, reconciliations, roll-forwards, and flux analysis
02Apply technical accounting expertise to complex infrastructure arrangements under ASC 842 (lease classification, measurement, modifications, embedded leases, and reassessments)
03Partner with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance teams during contract negotiation and execution to ensure accounting implications are understood before commitments are made
04Serve as a trusted finance partner to non-finance stakeholders — explaining the financial statement impact of their decisions in clear, simple terms they can act on
05Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the quality of upstream data pipelines from operational and contract systems
06Design and scale systems, processes, and controls to support a rapidly growing lease portfolio
07Collaborate with and mentor accounting professionals across the Infrastructure Accounting team
08Serve as a key point of contact with external auditors on lease accounting matters
09Drive process improvements and automation, including leveraging AI tooling, to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting

01Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
02Possess strong technical accounting knowledge of ASC 842, particularly as applied to infrastructure, data center, or compute-related arrangements
03Have experience managing a significant lease portfolio in a high-growth environment
04Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and comfort working with large, complex datasets
05Have a track record of improving scalable financial processes in fast-moving environments
06Have experience mentoring and developing accounting professionals
07Are adept at translating technical accounting concepts into financial implications for non-finance stakeholders
08Communicate clearly and influence effectively across cross-functional partners
09Have experience partnering with engineering, infrastructure, or operations teams to improve financial reporting and cost transparency

03Annual Salary: $190,000 — $230,000 USD
