Обязанности
- 01Support and maintain the Business Systems function at Greenlight
- 02Apply growing systems knowledge (NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- 03Configure and support solutions (i.e. automations, IPaaS, etc.) that improve billing, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, General Ledger, and T&E operations, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- 04Contribute to Month End and Quarter End processes, and help bring efficiencies to business processes through systems
- 05Help optimize business processes and workflows by supporting integrations and automations across Business Systems
- 06Administer and maintain business systems (NetSuite, FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio, ZIP, etc.), supporting optimal performance and alignment with business goals
- 07Perform daily business systems administration duties, including user and role maintenance, configuration maintenance, and integration maintenance
- 08Execute and support IT General Controls (ITGC) initiatives, including (but not limited to), access review, procedural documentation, business system change management, etc.
- 09Document system configurations and system processes
- 10Collaborate with global IT team members to support business systems
- 11Partner with the Security team to help strengthen the security posture of business systems
- 12Contribute to system enhancements and share feedback to support ongoing improvement
Требования
- 017+ years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or business systems analyst
- 02NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
- 03Working knowledge of SuiteBuilder; familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteTalk
- 04Exposure to the SuiteCloud Development Framework and version control systems (e.g., GitHub)
- 05Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets and OneWorld is a plus
- 06Some experience integrating NetSuite with other financial and business systems, or a strong interest in learning
- 07Experience supporting other financial systems that perform billing, reconciliation, travel management, revenue recognition, and CRM functions is a plus (e.g., FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio)
- 08Exposure to global or multi-entity system environments is a plus
- 09Understanding of ITGCs and exposure to SOC, ISO, or SOX compliant environments
- 10Familiarity with core accounting processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report
- 11Exposure to agile project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, and LucidChart
- 12Accounting or Finance background is a plus
- 13Exposure to no-code automation or IPaaS platforms (e.g., StackSync, UiPath) is a plus
- 14Have experience with using AI to enhance and optimize accounting, finance, and business systems process is a plus
- 15Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and support solutions from design to implementation
- 16A proactive attitude with a desire to learn new skills in a flexible, fast-paced environment
