Обязанности
- 01Modernize and iterate on Asana’s custom, home-built frameworks to align with modern industry standards
- 02Leverage AI agents to speed up migrating from Asana’s legacy systems to modern open-source frameworks
- 03Partner with product engineering teams to identify opportunities to speed up development at Asana
- 04Adopt modern best practices across Asana's monorepo
- 05Support product engineering teams through office hours and presentations on our frameworks
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 02Comfortable transitioning between different areas of a large codebase
- 03Interested in using AI agents to migrate legacy systems to open source best practices
- 04A collaborative approach to accelerating development cycles through agentic workflows (ex: Claude Code, Cursor)
- 05You value learning software best practices and sharing that knowledge through mentoring and teaching
- 06Experience driving complex technical projects, sometimes spanning multiple teams
- 07Able to make and articulate technical tradeoffs in decisions that have cross-cutting impact
- 08Familiar with full-stack development, for example using technologies like TypeScript, React, and GraphQL
