Обязанности
- 01Defining technical go to market strategy and driving AI product adoption in Asia Pacific and Japan region
- 02Working directly with customers to guide and influence their data application architecture and decisions
- 03Presenting, demoing and pitching Databricks AI/ML product suite
- 04Acting as trusted advisor for senior executives
- 05Supporting field engineering teams internally
- 06Helping enable the team to understand key differentiators against competitors
- 07Partnering with product managers to define product direction based on local knowledge
- 08Recruiting and leading a group of specialists across the field
- 09Speaking at conferences, online webinars, and blog posts
- 10Meeting with customers to communicate vision and gather feedback
- 11Creating and articulating compelling value proposition for customers
- 12Enabling Account Executives and Field Engineers to operate effectively
- 13Developing materials for GTM team to effectively communicate value proposition
- 14Supporting field teams in key strategic pursuit opportunities
- 15Working with subject matter experts to scale impact in local regions
- 16Establishing best practices with FDE teams and partners
- 17Acting as cross-functional representative with Product Management, Product Marketing and Engineering
Требования
- 016+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning
- 022+ years in production Gen AI
- 03Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- 04Trusted advisor to technical executives that inform strategic data decisions
- 05Proven ability to co-plan large territories with Account Executives
- 06Expertise in traditional Machine Learning methodologies
- 07Experience deploying large scale production systems
- 08Deep understanding of LLM application architectures (RAG, agentic, fine-tuning)
- 09Knowledge of agent frameworks (LangGraph / LlamaIndex / AutoGen / DSPy)
- 10Understanding of eval methodology and foundational model markets (Claude, Llama, Mistral, OpenAI, open-source)
- 11Proven track record of successful pre-sales experience in competitive situations
- 12Ability to define and execute strategic program cross functionally
- 13High impact communication internally and externally
