Обязанности
- 01Enable effective execution with Quality and Speed, in partnership with the team’s Product Manager
- 02Ensure 3+ 9s availability of Dedicated infrastructure, ensuring security and automating for maximum scalability and number of tenants.
- 03Provide clear direction, meaningful feedback and foster an environment where meaningless toil gets ruthlessly automated and Devops ownership is enforced.
- 04Continuously improve owned artifacts in a direction of optimizing platforms for self-service ownership of production for feature implementers.
- 05Recruitment, onboarding and development of excellent and productive team members.
- 06Be a role model for the team: provide Proof of concepts, agentic mindset and extreme simplification of processes and removal of human toil.
- 07Show and Tell, not only Tell.
- 08Role model Incident Management best-practices, lead in fast resolutions, escalations and train and codify best practices to the whole of GitLab.
- 09Data driven approach to prioritization, impact quantification and management of risk and technical debt.
- 10Able to use AI to demonstrate concepts and translate technical complexity to drive stakeholder decisions.
Требования
- 01Proven track record building and owning large-scale distributed services, with the technical depth to dive into architecture and guide the team on technical strategy
- 02Experience in driving operational excellence and you've owned services running at four-nines (99.99%) SLOs and know what it takes to keep them there
- 03Experience leveraging AI tooling to boost team productivity, with real lessons learned from both wins and missteps
- 04A history of building and managing high-performing, accountable team cultures, including managing out when necessary
- 05Comfort driving complex projects to completion without relying on a dedicated TPM
- 06Experience leading distributed and remote teams effectively
