Обязанности

01Own the overall architecture and technical strategy for low-latency, highly resilient distributed systems coordinating millions of connected smart devices in real time
02Set technical vision, standards, and best practices across domain teams to drive engineering excellence and operational resilience
03Partner closely with product leaders and executive stakeholders to align long-term technical roadmaps with business objectives
04Evaluate emerging technologies, prototype novel concepts, and guide strategic tech-stack decisions
05Mentor and empower senior engineering talent, elevating technical craft and problem-solving skills
06Diagnose and solve systemic, high-impact architectural bottlenecks ensuring seamless integration across platforms
07Champion platform reliability, security, and developer efficiency for autonomous engineering teams

01Demonstrable experience as a Principal, Staff, or Chief Engineer designing and operating mission-critical distributed systems at scale
02Deep expertise in modern cloud architectures, event-driven microservices, high-throughput IoT streaming pipelines, or energy tech infrastructures
03Strong technical leadership and communication skills with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment on high-stakes architecture decisions
04Combine long-term strategic vision with a hands-on pragmatic approach, willing to dive into code or debug complex incidents
05Passionate about green technology, sustainable energy transition, and creating products with tangible environmental impact
06Set the bar for building with AI agents and shape how engineering adopts new AI-driven ways of working
