Обязанности
- 01Lead customers through structured engagements to drive valuable adoption of AI
- 02Account setup and implementation planning including aligning stakeholders and assessing workflow complexity
- 03Document and hand off clear implementation plans with prioritized workflows and risks
- 04Lead end-to-end workflow design and build with AI capabilities embedded
- 05Coordinate cross-functional delivery across time-bound engagements
- 06Develop clear documentation and forward-looking deployment plans
- 07Lead recurring check-ins with customers to assess workflow performance and AI adoption
- 08Act as connective tissue between delivery and growth teams
- 09Bring structure and repeatability to the delivery motion
Требования
- 01Experience in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles
- 02Experience leading structured onboarding or deployment engagements at a SaaS company or consulting firm
- 03Solid understanding of AI and generative AI technologies
- 04Understanding of what it takes to implement a new platform successfully in an enterprise environment
- 05Ability to manage multiple workstreams and executive stakeholders simultaneously
