Обязанности
- 01Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce-related operational and process inquiries
- 02Respond to and triage complex process questions, identifying root causes and recommending scalable solutions
- 03Partner with stakeholders to refine and evolve workflows based on business needs
- 04Drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce enhancements, releases, and system changes
- 05Validate that implemented solutions meet functional requirements and business objectives prior to release
- 06Focus primarily on maintaining the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem (Experience Cloud)
- 07Build and maintain scalable processes for partner onboarding, engagement tracking, and revenue attribution
- 08Drive Salesforce adoption and optimize the user experience while maintaining documentation of how our systems are configured
Требования
- 017+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator with Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management
- 02Experience supporting Sales or Revenue organizations
- 03Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and how it can integrate with other tools
- 04Ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- 05Outstanding ability to maintain Salesforce documentation and communicate at all levels of the organization
- 06Strong data management abilities
- 07Working knowledge of SQL/SOQL
- 08Strong understanding of the core Salesforce data model
- 09Advanced reporting and dashboard development experience
- 10Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives
