Обязанности
- 01Define the multi-year strategy for Airbnb's ops platform
- 02Align vision, OKRs, strategy, and roadmap with senior leaders across Supply, Engineering, and Operations
- 03Design AI-forward operational processes and determine necessity of human-in-the-loop across workflows
- 04Decompose multidimensional product-to-ops problems and drive coherent solutions across teams
- 05Own case management and workforce management tooling including capacity planning and performance measurement
- 06Write product briefs, prototype, iterate with engineering, and own outcomes through launch and adoption
- 07Navigate and align many PMM and engineering teams whose roadmaps this work depends on
Требования
- 0110+ years in product management, platform management, or operations technology
- 02At least 5 years in a technical product management role with direct delivery accountability
- 03Deep technical fluency: reading system architecture, pressure-testing engineering designs, understanding data models and API contracts
- 04Demonstrated experience redesigning operational processes in a high-volume service organization
- 05Experience shipping AI or automation into production operations including designing human-in-the-loop systems
- 06Track record of delivering outcomes through teams outside your reporting line
- 07Exceptional business fluency connecting platform decisions to business outcomes
- 08Experience building or owning workforce management or case management tooling
- 09Exceptional communication across audiences from ops agents to senior leadership
