Обязанности
- 01Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs that are high stakes, high impact, and highly visible across Chime.
- 02Translate ambiguous company priorities into clear program strategies, milestones, decision paths, and execution plans.
- 03Be self-driven and drive end-to-end ownership of cross-cutting strategic, cross-functional projects and programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- 04Proactively identify program risks, dependencies, and changing circumstances, partnering with stakeholders to mitigate issues before they impact outcomes.
- 05Build influential big picture storylines and communicate these narratives to build buy-in, adoption and drive results.
- 06Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to drive accountability, accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives.
- 07Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve program management workflows, decision-making, communication, and team effectiveness.
Требования
- 01A Bachelor's Degree, with 8+ years of experience in a strategy, business operations, program management, and/or consulting role.
- 02Exceptional ability devising simple, scalable solutions to complex problems, complemented by outstanding program management skills
- 03Deep experience in improving cross-functional operations & scaling systems
- 04Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven track record of effectively interacting with and presenting to C-Suite and Senior leaders across different teams, such as product, engineering, and marketing
- 05Demonstrated success in highly cross-functional settings and ability to thrive in influence without authority environments
- 06Skilled at managing change and multiple workstreams at once
- 07Ownership mentality, with the ability to identify and solve challenges independently and execute with minimal guidance, including proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- 08Strong planning, prioritization, and multi-workstream management skills
- 09Eagerness to leverage AI to enable you & Chime to work smarter, faster and more efficiently
- 10You might have an MBA, PMP or experience working in Fintech
