Обязанности

01Manage endpoint devices, identity systems, Okta, Google Cloud infrastructure, and Google Workspace to maintain secure and reliable operations
02Design and build tools based on internal requirements to improve system functionality and efficiency
03Develop automation for device, account, and identity lifecycle management processes
04Support engineering teams by troubleshooting system issues and resolving escalations
05Review write and code, write clear documentation, and follow established engineering practices

01Experience as a Systems, Site Reliability, Infrastructure, or related engineer, typically with 5+ years in similar environments
02Hands-on experience managing macOS or Windows devices using modern endpoint management tools
03Familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Gemini
04Experience coding or scripting in languages such as Python, Swift, Go, Bash, or PowerShell
05Approach problems methodically, work well independently or with others, and focus on improving employee-facing systems

01Role is based in Menlo Park, CA office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
