- 01Deliver high-quality, person-centered support within supported living services
- 02Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes
- 03Support individuals with daily living activities, health management and life skills
- 04Encourage social engagement and participation within the local community
- 05Build positive, trusted relationships that help people achieve their personal goals
- 06Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and other professionals to provide outstanding care
Требования
- 01Experience working within mental health, social care or a support environment
- 02A person-centered approach and genuine passion for helping others
- 03Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 04The ability to remain calm, adaptable and positive in challenging situations
- 05A commitment to promoting independence, dignity and choice
- 06A full UK driving license (desirable but not essential)
Условия
- 0124 Hours Per Week (2x 12 hour shifts) – £16,640 per annum
- 0236 Hours Per Week (3x 12 hour shifts) – £24,960 per annum
