Обязанности
- 01Inspect, test, and maintain fire and life safety systems (sprinklers, suppression, alarms, detection, extinguishers) and close out deficiencies
- 02Support installation, upgrades, and commissioning of fire protection systems: walkdowns, device checkout, punch lists, functional tests, and turnover
- 03Verify that installed systems stay in working order and that impairments are logged, mitigated, and restored
- 04Work with facilities teams, fire contractors, and the authority having jurisdiction (fire marshal) on inspections, permits, impairments, and certifications
- 05Read drawings, submittals, and test reports well enough to follow a job in the field and flag what does not match
- 06Keep inspection, test, and corrective-action records so audits and AHJ visits have a clean paper trail
- 07Respond to impairments, leaks, trouble signals, and after-hours issues as the site requires
Требования
- 01High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 022+ years installing, inspecting, testing, and/or servicing fire protection systems (sprinkler, fire alarm, and/or special suppression)
- 03Willing to work extended hours as needed, including the current 6-day / 12-hour construction cadence
- 04Willing to travel to site for the shift (this is a travel-to-site technician role, not a design-office role)
