01Work closely with the Creative Lead and teams on conceptual development, design and execution for digital experiences on okta.com
02Clear understanding of project briefs and ability to craft thoughtful digital design solutions to drive user engagement and click through rate
03Articulate and present ideas in a clear and concise manner; accept constructive feedback and execute against it efficiently
04Collaborate and partner with Brand, UX, Digital Strategy, Content, Development, and Production teams to launch innovative, brand led digital experiences
05Ensure the consistency of the brand and highest quality of design across all projects
06Natural curiosity and passion to learn about and share insights on design and industry trends
07Think big while operating at the lowest level of detail

01Extraordinary copy skills
02World-class portfolio of work
03Strong communication presentation skills; proven ability to present to executives/leaders
04Highly organized and able to work collaboratively across multiple projects
055+ years experience in copywriting in a creative agency or client-side group; B2B / tech experience is a plus
06Expert knowledge of the creative process and collaborating with UX strategy & design, Developers, and Web Producers
073-5 years experience using design systems to create innovative, digital marketing websites
