Обязанности
- 01Design and implement a data platform that supports revenue recognition, consumption-based billing, and financial reporting across batch and real-time workloads
- 02Work directly with FP&A, Accounting, and RevOps to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical architecture
- 03Define and maintain guidelines for financial data ingestion, transformation, and storage, with a focus on auditability, lineage, and data integrity
- 04Develop end-to-end solutions across the finance data stack, setting the example for engineering excellence
- 05Partner with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure financial data pipelines meet regulatory requirements
- 06Drive architectural decisions and roadmap planning that balance efficiency, scalability, and correctness
- 07Build the data infrastructure that translates raw usage into revenue, supporting forecasting models
- 08Act as a key decision-maker for evaluating and selecting data architectures and technologies
- 09Establish a multi-phase roadmap for finance data platform maturity
Требования
- 01Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 028+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles
- 03At least 2 years at the Staff/Principal/Lead Engineer level
- 04Proven track record designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures in a complex, fast-paced environment
- 05Prior experience building data pipelines that feed financial reporting, revenue recognition, billing, or consumption-based pricing models
- 06Familiarity with financial/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) or billing platforms considered a strong plus
- 07Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated big data services
- 08Strong background in data governance, security, and compliance, including direct experience supporting audit, SOX, or SOC 2 requirements
- 09Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- 10A leadership mindset, with demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive consensus, and advocate for best practices
- 11Industry recognition or notable contributions in data engineering (e.g., published works, open-source contributions) is a plus
