Обязанности
- 01Define Faire's physical safety and security posture across workplace, events, and facility operations
- 02Conduct risk assessments and translate findings into proportional mitigation strategies
- 03Build programs and standards that scale as Faire grows into new geographies
- 04Direct the design of physical security systems for new/existing workplaces
- 05Oversee day-to-day security operations programs, including guard services relationships and access control policies
- 06Own incident response, investigation, and follow-up from initial assessment through resolution
- 07Develop and execute emergency preparedness and response plans across all locations
- 08Build and operate a travel risk program for domestic and international travel
- 09Provide executive protection support for senior leadership during high-profile events, travel, and periods of elevated risk
- 10Establish safety and security standards across locations and work styles
- 11Prepare the function for audits, insurance requirements, and public-company expectations
- 12Manage relationships with security vendors and external partners
- 13Design safety programs and communications that are clear, transparent, and trust-building
Требования
- 018–12 years of experience in corporate security, physical security, LEO or closely related field
- 02Experience at both high-growth tech companies and more mature organizations
- 03Experience building or significantly scaling a corporate safety and security function from the ground up
- 04Deep expertise in physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarm)
- 05Expertise in emergency response planning and threat assessment methodologies
- 06Experience running travel risk programs and executive protection
- 07Experience with vendor and partner management
- 08Ability to write and operationalize policy that people actually adopt
- 09Sound judgment in sensitive and confidential situations
- 10Experience partnering with HR, Legal, and Workplace on complex cases
- 11Experience operating in fast-paced environments where autonomy, judgment, and clarity are essential
- 12Comfort operating at a company that moves fast and values trust

- 01Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in office (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day)
