Обязанности
- 01Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions to tackle economic challenges
- 02Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to understand business needs
- 03Push the envelope on operational efficiency by refining and advancing algorithms and models
- 04Be an active member of the Economics team, sharing learnings and best practices
Требования
- 01Graduate Degree (Masters or PhD) in Economics or closely related field
- 02Blend of economic theory, applied econometrics, and business skills
- 03Experience applying causal inference methodologies to observational and experimental datasets
- 04Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- 05Strong programming skills (Python)
- 06Fluency in data manipulation (SQL, Pandas) and machine learning tools (scikit-learn, XGBoost)
- 07Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- 08Self-motivation and strong sense of ownership
- 09For Senior role: 1-3 years industry experience in similar position
- 10For Senior role: Experience putting machine learning models into production environments
- 11For Senior role: Experience with cloud computing and related ML infrastructure
