Обязанности

  • 01Develop strategies and advance OpenAI’s engagement with the U.S. Congress
  • 02Develop and manage relationships with House and Senate lawmakers and staff
  • 03Support OpenAI’s U.S. Global Affairs team in meetings, briefings, hearings and other engagements with Congress
  • 04Facilitate collaboration with civil society and industry partners relevant to Congressional engagement
  • 05Help shape strategic initiatives and policy documents
  • 06Prepare leaders for engagements with government officials
  • 07Represent OpenAI in private and public forums

Требования

  • 01Demonstrated experience (8+ years) and credibility in working with Republicans in the U.S. federal government, particularly the legislative branch
  • 02Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the U.S. government, institutions, and processes, and the key policy issues and debates related to AI
  • 03Extensive experience in technology policy, with experience working with the Commerce, Judiciary, and/or Appropriations Committees
  • 04Track record of effectively working with cross-functional teams, especially communications, policy and legal teams, and aligning a diverse range of internal and external partners
  • 05Sound judgment and outstanding personal integrity
  • 06Ability to execute in fast and flexible environments through rapid cycles of analysis, decision, and action
  • 07Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and policy concepts to diverse audiences
  • 08Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • 09Genuine care and knowledge about the impact of technology on society
