Обязанности
- 01Own adminship, configuration, and enablement for Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect platforms end-to-end
- 02Run adoption, license forecasting, and vendor management for each system
- 03Co-own Salesforce and partner with other GTM Systems Manager to keep CRM configured
- 04Build AI and automation on top of the CRM with agents and automations
- 05Drive adoption through documentation, field enablement, and measurement
- 06Right-size processes to scale without slowing the field down
Требования
- 014+ years in GTM systems, RevOps, or sales/business systems
- 02Experience building AI and automation on top of a CRM
- 03Hands-on adminship and configuration experience across multi-tool GTM stack
- 04Working knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and data model
- 05Appetite for enablement and adoption programs
- 06Experience owning vendor relationships, renewals, and license planning
- 07Judgment on process optimization
- 08Experience in high-growth B2B technology companies
