Обязанности

01Lead and execute the product design strategy, creating cohesive and rapid trading experiences for millions of users.
02Evaluate and redesign core trading surfaces, such as the order form and ladder chart, to improve interaction speed and simplify complex financial concepts.
03Collaborate directly with engineering, product management, design leadership, and legal partners to guide projects from initial concept to final production.
04Utilize and assess AI tools within your design process to optimize workflows and propose novel, user-friendly design solutions.
05Provide transparent project updates to leadership and help shape the long-term design standards across our broader trading team.
06Be fully accountable for the design strategy and execution of the core equities business line.
07Lead the design of the central, longstanding product from initial concept to launch.
08Collaborate with engineering, product management, and legal teams, communicate transparently with leadership, and help define long-term product evolution.

01Proven experience designing complex user interfaces and large, multifaceted products, ideally within financial technology, trading platforms, or complex editing applications.
02Ability to operate independently, lead projects from zero to one, and deliver results against weekly milestones.
03Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across multiple teams and present design decisions clearly to leadership.
04A deep focus on interaction craft, with a demonstrated ability to evaluate how multiple product surfaces work together as a cohesive system.
05Openness to exploring and integrating emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance your design and prototyping processes.

01Based in Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices.
02In-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
