- 01Map Vapi’s release architecture end to end
- 02Partner with product and infrastructure engineers
- 03Baseline CI/test/deploy performance
- 04Identify the biggest failure modes
- 05Ship an initial improvement
- 06Own the release-tooling roadmap and operating health
- 07Remove the costliest CI/deploy bottlenecks
- 08Improve observability and diagnosis
- 09Automate slow or failure-prone workflows
- 10Establish a repeatable model for safe, fast releases
- 11Deliver self-service workflows and guardrails
- 12Set the longer-term release-infrastructure roadmap
Требования
- 01Evidence of owning critical CI/CD or release infrastructure at meaningful scale
- 02Strong distributed-systems fundamentals
- 03Ability to diagnose failures across build, test, deployment, and infrastructure layers
- 04Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes-based delivery systems
- 05Experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Argo CD, Terraform, and Atlantis
- 06Habit of automating repetitive work
- 07Investing in testing and passive defenses
- 08Using data to prove system improvements
- 09Deep curiosity and ability to gather context quickly
- 10Low-ego teammate who communicates clearly and owns outcomes
- 11Familiarity with AI coding tools
