Обязанности
- 01Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant impact to our government product line
- 02Design systems that adapt Vanta's core compliance platform to meet the demands of federal agencies, government vendors, and SLED organizations
- 03Lead the design and build of net-new product capabilities including core compliance workflow features
- 04Work alongside early design partners to validate and iterate as requirements evolve
- 05Partner with adjacent engineering teams on shared infrastructure and tagging systems
- 06Drive technical initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market
- 07Translate ambiguous early-stage requirements into durable, scalable solutions
- 08Contribute to building Vanta’s engineering culture as we grow
Требования
- 015+ years of industry experience
- 02Strong systems thinking and platform architecture skills
- 03Experience in highly regulated industries such as fintech or healthcare
- 04Comfortable operating in early-stage, 0→1 environments where requirements evolve
- 05Strong product mindset
- 06Open to using AI to amplify your skills and strengthen your work
- 07Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
