Обязанности

01Lead projects impacting our Command product- it will include both frontend and backend engineers in your team
02Be able to roll up your sleeves and actively write code or prototype new features
03Inspire your team to create highly polished and delightful user experiences
04Work closely with Product and Design to build and ship features and delight users and customers
05Collaborate with other engineering leaders to define, communicate, and execute on goals, priorities and process
06Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code
07Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments, evaluating their potential impact on our web platforms and recommending innovative solutions
08Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the web engineering team, encouraging knowledge sharing, skill-building, and career growth opportunities

014+ years experience managing, leading, and inspiring a team of engineers; including hiring, retaining, and managing performance
028+ years of work experience in a software engineering roles
03Experience with both backend and frontend
04Experience working in an agile team software development environment
05Eye for design, product details, and polish
06Working knowledge of at least one server-side framework and one database system
07Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field
