Обязанности

01Work across several areas of the product and own initiatives end to end, from discovery and scoping through launch and adoption.
02Turn ambiguity into clarity, framing the problem space before jumping to solutions, and design concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential.
03Guide decisions with structured thinking and clearly articulated design rationale.
04Interview customers, translate insights into the roadmap, and ship polished new features and meaningful refinements to key flows while building foundational design systems.
05Prototype in Figma and AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code, building directly on the codebase to make design ideas tangible enough for critique.
06Shape the growing design team's culture, hiring, and ways of working as a founding member.

016+ years as a product designer, with 2+ years designing at similar scale and complexity.
02Experience working with complex systems, B2B SaaS, enterprise products, and products where you are not the primary user.
03Track record of independently driving design from discovery through launch while balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
04Extremely strong visual and interaction craft; ability to explain ideas clearly and build alignment with product, engineering, research, and marketing partners.
05Fluency in Figma and AI-powered design tools, with prototyping skills that make an idea tangible in hours, not days.
06Excitement about AI and understanding of how it works; curiosity and hands-on interest (direct AI product experience nice but not required).
07Ownership mindset; ability to see problems through until the solution truly works in practice in a high-empowerment culture.
