Обязанности

01Own key execution workstreams across business process, entity-level, and IT controls
02Lead walkthroughs, risk assessments, control design evaluations, and testing for significant financial processes
03Lead IT SOX execution with IT, Security, Business Systems, and Engineering across ITGCs, automated and application controls
04Lead the day-to-day SOX PMO for assigned workstreams, coordinating with stakeholders
05Identify potential control deficiencies, perform severity and root-cause assessment, and work with control owners to remediate issues
06Develop and maintain clear control documentation including process narratives, risk and control matrices, testing procedures
07Use AI, automation, and scalable operating processes to improve control monitoring, evidence collection, testing, and issue management

018+ years of progressive experience in SOX, internal audit, external audit, IT audit, risk advisory, or internal controls
02Hands-on experience across both business process and IT controls including ITGCs, access management, change management, SDLC
03Experience reviewing SOC 1 reports including relevant exceptions and complementary user entity controls
04Strong knowledge of SOX 404 and ICFR including risk assessment, scoping, control design, testing, and deficiency evaluation
05Experience evaluating controls across complex financial and technology environments including ERP, CRM, HRIS, billing/payments
06Strong program management and cross-functional leadership skills
07A pragmatic builder mindset with experience improving processes and using AI or automation
08Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field
09CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent certification preferred
