Обязанности
- 01Define and deliver product features that improve key commerce workflows for internal operators and clients across Flexport's platform
- 02Own your product area end-to-end, building and executing product roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months
- 03Build intelligent AI agents to automate core commerce operations, including quoting, billing, and invoicing
- 04Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex logistics workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
- 05Collaborate closely across a global footprint with engineering teams in the West Coast US and China, participating in regular cross-border syncs
- 06Use data to guide prioritization, measure impact, and identify opportunities
- 07Develop analytics frameworks to track product health, user engagement, and business outcomes
- 08Contribute to medium- and long-term product strategy, with opportunities to shape the future of the platform
Требования
- 016+ years of product management experience, or other domain-relevant experience
- 02Demonstrated ability to lead product roadmaps spanning 12 to 18 months working closely with an engineering team and cross-functional partners
- 03Strong analytical and quantitative skills. You are comfortable working with complex datasets, building metrics frameworks, and using data to make decisions.
- 04SQL proficiency required
- 05A track record of shipping intuitive UX in data-dense, complex domains
- 06Experience building user-facing or operator-facing features that simplify multi-step workflows
- 07Ability to collaborate deeply with designers, engineers, and commercial or operations teams
- 08Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially around tradeoffs and prioritization
- 09Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology is a plus

- 01The US base salary range for this position (this does not include bonus, equity and benefits): $155,520 — $194,400 USD
