Обязанности
- 01Coordination of heat pump optimization topics and alignment with overall Heartbeat technology stack
- 02Track and report all workstreams upwards and downwards
- 03Ensure alignment with workstreams from other teams
- 04Support software delivery process focusing on rolling out heat pump optimization solutions
- 05Gather requirements
- 06Ensure smooth coordination with local and international teams to address market needs
- 07Work directly with heat pump OEMs around their interfaces
- 08Drive definition, implementation, evaluation, deployment and enhancement of heat pump optimization solutions
- 09Promote best practices and maintain high technical standards
- 10Contribute to fostering culture of innovation and experimentation
- 11Drive innovation initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- 12Act as point of contact for heat pump OEM partners
- 13Support efforts to adapt and integrate partner solutions with our systems
Требования
- 01Proven experience in managing complex technical projects spanning hardware and software products
- 02Broad knowledge of communication protocols typical for renewable energy and HVAC markets like Modbus, EEBUS
- 03Excitement to perform root cause analyses for existing issues
- 04Passion for maintaining well-documented knowledge base
- 05Experience or high passion for building innovative energy market solutions
- 06Fun in solving technical challenges with internal and external partners
- 07Agile and product-oriented mindset
- 08Team player attitude
- 09Very strong written and spoken English and German skills
