Обязанности
- 01Design and build reusable, high-quality components that scale across Faire's web surfaces
- 02Champion accessibility and performance best practices across shared components
- 03Establish and maintain testing strategies and quality gates for the design system
- 04Partner with engineers across the company to drive adoption and evolve the system based on real usage
- 05Contribute to the technical direction of our frontend architecture
- 06Accelerate design process via AI-assisted tooling
- 07Mentor other engineers, participate in design and code reviews, and raise the bar for frontend craftsmanship across the org
Требования
- 014+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- 02Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering closely with Product Design and cross-functional engineering teams
- 03Experience building or maintaining a design system, component library, or shared UI platform used by multiple product teams
- 04A strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- 05Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception through execution, and to influence technical direction beyond your immediate team
- 06A passion for creating high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code, and for making other engineers more productive
- 07A bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience
