Обязанности
- 01Build and own engineering onboarding: design and launch a structured, role-based onboarding program for new FAE hires
- 02Own and govern the engineering knowledge base: audit, consolidate, and maintain the authoritative technical knowledge base
- 03Drive ongoing technical development (Everboarding): develop and maintain a recurring enablement cadence to keep engineers updated
- 04Stakeholder collaboration & program management: serve as embedded enablement partner to FAE leadership and manage multiple concurrent programs
Требования
- 014+ years of professional experience in enablement, program management, technical training, or closely related role
- 022+ years of program management experience with track record of taking programs from zero to launched
- 03Experience supporting technical teams, engineers, solutions engineers at a B2B technology company
- 04Strong instincts for knowledge management with experience building or improving documentation systems
- 05Comfort navigating technical content and identifying outdated information
- 06Excellent written communication skills and bias toward creating usable content
- 07Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, summarization, and workflow automation
