01Lead FCC audits from planning through reporting, demonstrating working knowledge of regulatory requirements across the U.S. and globally
02Own audit scoping, stakeholder management, fieldwork execution, data analysis, and validation of management's remediation activities
03Drive process mapping and control design assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement
04Partner with business leaders across the organization to understand processes, internal controls, and areas of risk
05Shape clear, well-supported audit reports and executive summaries for senior leadership review
06Mentor team members on audit fieldwork, workpaper quality, and compliance standards
07Drive innovation in audit execution and internal infrastructure improvements

016+ years of experience in audit, financial crimes compliance, compliance testing, or risk management
02Working knowledge of US, EU, and APAC AML, Sanctions, and Terrorist Financing regulations and risk management practices
03Familiarity with data analysis techniques to perform testing across larger datasets
04Demonstrated ability to independently lead audit engagements and oversee team members
05Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

01Role is based in the United Kingdom (Remote)

03Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges”
