Обязанности

01Develop AI-powered systems that synthesize customer signal at scale — separating noise from what matters, routing feedback to the right teams, and surfacing the voice of the customer in ways that actually shape product decisions
02Build dashboards and data pipelines that give engineering and product leaders real-time visibility into bug volume, quality trends, and where their domains stand — by product area, severity, and over time
03Build intelligent bug intake and triage systems — moving from manual, inconsistent prioritization to agentic pipelines that produce well-written, well-prioritized bug reports at scale
04Build integrations across our tooling ecosystem (ticketing systems, payment processes, CRM, data warehouse, etc.) to create seamless workflows
05Partner with domain specialists and support engineers to identify pain points and ship solutions quickly — you're building for an internal team that will tell you exactly what's broken

01Experience working cross-functionally to deliver highly impactful, technical projects and systems
02Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or operations infrastructure
03Strong full-stack engineering skills — you're comfortable owning projects from database to UI
04Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tooling
05Deep product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows
06Experience integrating with third-party platforms (ticketing systems, payment processors, CRMs)
07Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action — you ship fast and iterate based on feedback
08Self-starter with curiosity, creativity, and a distaste for manual toil
