Обязанности

01Coordinate a high volume of phone, onsite, and video conference interviews with speed and efficiency
02Leverage applicant tracking system (Ashby) to automate tasks and focus on candidate experience
03Improve efficiency by maintaining data accuracy and gathering metrics to help prepare reports to keep recruiters and hiring managers on target
04Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
05Manage candidate travel arrangements and process expense claims
06Meet and greet candidates while they are onsite for interviews
07Deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for all candidates
08Take on projects to impact our workflow and office experiences

012+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a scaling company
02Operational excellence, a data-driven mindset, and a great attitude for multitasking and problem-solving
03High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality and privacy
04Demonstrated experience in coordinating schedules and managing communications with C-suite leadership, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration
05Ability to be in person in our London office, Monday - Thursday
