Обязанности

01Lead from the front as a hands-on player-coach, modeling best-in-class prospecting and qualification
02Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing BDR team focused on building qualified European pipeline
03Build and evolve Ramp’s European BDR playbook, from ICP and competitive positioning to qualification and handoff standards
04Create and refine collateral, including messaging, sequences, call scripts, discovery frameworks, and objection handling
05Set clear activity, conversion, and pipeline goals; use data and coaching to improve team performance
06Partner with AEs and cross-functional counterparts to sharpen targeting, messaging, and pipeline conversion
07Experiment with new campaigns and outreach approaches
08Help define Ramp’s go-to-market motion and build the BDR organization

01AI fluency as a daily habit
021+ Minimum of year of quota-carrying sales experience as an IC
03History of consistent quota over-attainment
04Evidence of helping individuals and/or peers improve performance and progress in their careers
05Strong written and verbal communication
06Self-starter with a high sense of urgency
07Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
08Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
