Обязанности

01Map and execute recruiting program strategies that grow our recruiting pipelines and builds experiences. Examples include our employee referral and intern program.
02Partner closely with our University Recruiting Team on recruiting, initiatives, and events that expand the program and provide best-in-class experiences.
03Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, identify bottlenecks, and report on program effectiveness.
04Support on ad-hoc programs & projects for the recruiting team as we continue to scale.
05Partner with our Marketing team on building recruiting marketing initiatives, social media strategy, and event programming.
06Own Together AI’s employer brand across LinkedIn, Careers Page, and blogs to attract top talent.
07Manage all aspects of our recruiting presence at events & conferences.

015+ years of relevant experience in University Recruiting, Recruiting Program Management, or a highly cross-functional role in a fast-moving environment
02Proven track record of designing and scaling recruiting programs
03Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, as we’ll be building from scratch
04Strong analytical instincts - you use data to evaluate program health, spot patterns, and make informed decisions
05Willingness to travel to conferences and events to represent Together AI
06Familiarity with employer branding, recruiting marketing, or large-scale event management
07Past experience building relationships with external organizations to grow partnerships
