Обязанности
- 01Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers
- 02Create launch plans and a roadmap to increase product usage
- 03Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health
- 04Run training sessions, demonstrate Samsara's technology, and work through challenges with executives and day-to-day users
- 05Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experience
- 06Serve as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams
- 07Deeply understand the Samsara platform's capabilities and explain them to customers
- 08Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles
Требования
- 016+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
- 02Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
- 03Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
- 04Experience supporting or working with technical products
- 05Solutions-oriented with strong problem solving skills
- 06Excellent consultative skills with experience in end to end system implementations
Условия
- 01Remote position open to candidates residing in the US except specific metro areas
- 02May require travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time, including overnight stays
- 03Working hours for this role will be in PT/MT
