Обязанности
- 01Own the design, implementation and landing of features that make Roblox more secure and more accessible for users of all ages on all platforms
- 02Collaborate cross-organizationally with partner teams in Growth, Discovery and the broader Roblox Safety org
- 03Help define how goals get accomplished and have real influence over product direction
- 04Influence how users first experience Roblox, often forming their baseline expectations for what security should look like on the internet
- 05Instrument and analyze user interaction data (A/B tests, usage metrics) to inform design decisions and maximize product impact
- 06Own implementation end to end across the stack, contributing in Rust, C++, and Lua as projects require, using AI tools wherever possible
Требования
- 011-3 years of experience in Software Engineering/Computer Science
- 02Experience working on user facing applications or services
- 03Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Rust, C#, and Javascript
- 04Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions
- 05A strong commitment to designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that prioritize user safety, data integrity, and compliance with safety policies

- 01Annual salary range $153,120 — $196,750 USD
- 02Based at headquarters in San Mateo, CA
- 03Office-based schedule: onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; optional presence Monday and Friday
