Обязанности
- 01Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend and backend software engineers through coaching, regular feedback, career development, and hiring
- 02Own delivery for major customer-facing initiatives from concept through production
- 03Partner closely with Product Management, Design, Firmware, Mobile, and other engineering teams to define roadmaps and execute against ambitious goals
- 04Drive technical direction while empowering engineers to make architectural decisions
- 05Foster a culture of engineering excellence through thoughtful code reviews, design discussions, testing, and operational discipline
- 06Help build highly reliable, observable, and scalable distributed systems that power millions of real-time events
- 07Improve engineering processes, execution, and team health while maintaining a high quality bar
- 08Participate in hiring and help build an exceptional engineering organization
Требования
- 017+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience in Python, Go, or React
- 021+ years managing software engineers
- 03Experience building production software across both frontend and backend systems
- 04Strong software architecture and system design skills
- 05Experience designing and operating distributed systems in production
- 06Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional technical projects
- 07Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 08Proven ability to attract, hire, mentor, and retain exceptional engineers
- 09Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
